Yeah late too. But.. The rain buggs me a bit. Maybe cause they still kinda look like lines or something 8D; I found this Rain tutorial on deviantART.  I used it on one of my drawings too xD

Oh, hmm... That rain looks like it would blend in with my background.  I like rain with more presence.  But, I'll try it anyway and see how it turns out.  Thanks Lenaaa. <3
