If you haven't read the rules for playing, go read them now so you know how to participate.

Well now, are we all warmed up? Good, 'cause this week is a fair bit more in-depth than the last!
There MAY be some people needing rescues this week, however most of the dungeons are still storyline dungeons, and there's no rescues from storyline missions.

OBJECTIVES
  • Rescue Shiftry! - 1 point
  • Prove your innocence! - 3 points
  • Punish bad Mankey - 1 point (aka "Spank the Mankey")

Bonus Objective #1 - Bob the Builder
Complete your team's new HQ!

Reward: 1 point

Bonus Objective #2 - Makuhita Dojo time!
Beat the following Makuhita Dojo mazes:
  • Normal maze
  • Fire maze
  • Ice maze
  • Ground maze
  • Psychic maze (this one is hard!)
  • Dragon maze
  • Dark maze

Reward: 1 point

Bonus Objective #3 - Mysterious Absol 2
Yet another of Absol's acquaintances apparently wants to visit him in some dungeon.

F?1K  N♀F?  499+
P3??  65?0  FP?W

Reward: X-Ray Specs

Bonus Objective #4 - What.
Skitty has um... a request.

1?F9  72F?  488!
MJ?-  666R  R5?W

Reward: Joy Seed

Max level: Level 30
(Don't go above this level if you can avoid it. That means you should stop training around level 28-29!)

Tips
Now, this may LOOK simple, but that second point is a real doozy if you're not prepared!
In fact... because I'm so nice and want people to succeed, I'll give you all a few tips. When you get told to go visit Whiscash and hear his story, DO NOT GO YET. First, stock up on all the items you will need for the first few dungeons on the journey, because you will not be given a chance to prepare again until much later on, and even then you will only be able to take items out of your storage. So you should really try to fill your storehouse with oran berries, reviver seeds, big apples etc before you get to that point. I personally used roughly 2-3 reviver seeds when I went through that dungeon series (the bosses hit HARD), so it's better to be prepared than to try and find useful items in the dungeons themselves.

I also highly recommend a TM like Bullet Seed. Bullet Seed is one of those moves that's just totally over-powered in the game and can dish out several hundred damage in a single attack. I was fortunate enough to find two of those, and so equipped one to my bulbasaur partner. Whenever a boss fight would come up, I'd switch on only bullet seed, set his IQ tactic to "Dedicated Move User", and let him wreak havoc on Moltres/Articuno/Whoever. However, if you are going to use an attack like that, I also suggest switching it off whenever you're not in a boss fight. Not only does it have low PP, but there are times when it can actually cause friendly fire damage and kill YOU! So yeah, use only in emergencies.

Lastly, your partner should be a bit stronger than you due to levelling faster for some reason. Because of this, don't be afraid to occasionally use them as a meat shield if you're in danger. I also gave my partner an oran berry to hold at all times. When either of our HPs get low, he just uses the berry and then we're good to go again. Ah, and raising their IQ (and your own) is always recommended. The IQ skills come in really handy.

HOW TO RECORD YOUR PROGRESS
Recording your progress is simple. Each week you go to that week's topic and post one post. In that post you simply list the objectives you have completed. See the first reply for an example.

Anytime you complete an objective or a rescue, modify your post. Do not create a new one. At the end of each week I will go through and tally all the scores. Also, if you rescue someone from a previous week's mission but it's within 4 days of them posting the request, report it in the most recent week's thread. For example, if someone needs a rescue on Friday and I save them on Saturday, I would post that I rescued them in the new week's tally. Even if you don't get points for stuff, record it as well. It's important so you know what you did Tongue

I haven't done anything yet, but as a tip of my own, try to get Attract, if possible. While it may seem useless, stunning the bosses, for even five turns, can allow you to beat 'em to pulp for a bit. Another one, keep the extra partner you obtain alive, cause upon it (and maybe even you) fainting, you lose your partner (or so I have heard), and it happens to be a good unit that one would use often. My last tip, Sirus, be careful with the bosses, it might be someone's first run, and someone might not wants the spoilers!

Just noting that you can go into town while the pokemon are sleeping and visit your storage, which is right before you're forced to leave.
