~Showdown in Pokétown~

This is base on a true story. xD..
It was long ago when getting knocked out didn’t send you to the Pokémon Sanctuary. It kept you where you were at. Sure, the attackers could hurt you in that state. But once your FNT symbol is gone, you were on your own. You whippersnappers had it easy! >BP

Showdown in Pokétown

The bright sky cast upon the residents of this small, yet calm land. On this day a small squirtle who had been resting from a nearby sanctuary decides to head out. His name was WaterDude. Having nothing much to do, he went a search for something to entertain him for the time being. He gleefully walked out of the sanctuary. While going out, he notices two pokémon together. One was an electrike and the other was a ledian. Their eyes suddenly lock on to his. They slowly walked toward WaterDude. The two pokémon began to pick up their pace and move faster. As he stood firmly, WaterDude felt that they weren't coming just to say hellos. He had his left arm slowly recoiling behind him with his right hand holding on to his left shoulder. Ledian, who was clearly the more agile opponent, came rushing first with a tackle.

"EAT THIS!" shouted the turtle. His left fist landed a direct hit on the ladybug's skull. The bug landed far as its body starts to crystallized. It landed with a huge thud. But as he turned, he was quickly attack by Electrike's move. It knocked WaterDude of balance making him go hopping with his left foot to regain his footing.

"Too slow!" snapped the electrike. It used another Quick Attack hitting WaterDude's back. Once more he quickly attacks from the left side and once more from the right. WaterDude retaliate with bubbles shooting out of his mouth. It made impact to the chest causing the lightning pokémon to loose its momentum and fall. This gave a chance for WaterDude to fight back, but Electrike had got back up and leered at WaterDude causing him to pause for a moment.

"Let me have this...” said Ledian. Ledian cracked its knuckles and then its neck. "I want to give back to him with what I owe."

"Suit your self." paused Electrike. It shook its head and stepped aside, letting Ledian walking closer to WaterDude. As the squirtle begins to move, a shocking sensation began to flow through his body.

"AWWWWWWRRRRRRRR!" screamed WaterDude. His body wouldn't move.

"Not so fast, little man." said Electrike. He had some electricity coming out of him.

"Nice job." chuckled Ledian. "Now where were we?"

The ladybug pokémon flew around the paralyzed turtle. Ledian replied. “Ah yes, I remember now!”

A fury of fists landed directly to WaterDude’s stomach. He wrapped his arms around his stomach and buried his face to the ground. Ledian then picked up the squirtle by the head and tackled him. WaterDude flew across the meadow and landed hard to the ground. As he lands, he felt his body scraping against the grass and dirt. When he finally stopped, he was beginning to think how quickly it went from having a peaceful nap to being brutally beaten by punks. With his left eye in the dirt and the other looking as the two foes casually walking closer to him, he had thought that this was how it was going to end. And he began to close his eyes…

He tries to open it again. But it wouldn’t budge. He hears them. They were only a speckle away from where he was laying on. He could feel them.

“Let’s finish this-”
“I call dibs on his stupid looking face!”
“You can have whatever you want.”
“Why don’t we use him as a beach ball?”
“Yeah, but I feel like tossing him off the hill near that cave.”
“And when we’re done maybe we can leave him by the beach!”
“Right, no one would suspect us as the culprit.”
“Hey, he’s still breathing?”
“Your right, I guess we didn’t finish the job.”
“NIGHT SHADE!”
“Ack!”
“Electrike! You’ll pay for that- Arrrrrggggh.”
“Pay for what exactly?”

WaterDude opens his eyes. His eyes were blurred, but he can still see what’s going on. The thugs who had been harassing him were furious attacking the assailant. But they can’t quite touch him. The Gastly let out a sigh as he took them out with ease. He licked the two and knocked them away. He then shook his head as they relentlessly continue their attack on him. With only physical attacks, they weren’t able to hurt the ghost pokémon. Just then a burst of water knocked Electrike and Ledian away. It was WaterDude. Crawling on all fours with his legs bent on the floor he shot another Water Gun. This time it sent them flying far in the sky.

“Thank you!” smiled WaterDude. He had scrapes and cuts all over his face, but it didn’t stop his childish grin. As the Gastly replied, the squirtle fell to the floor. He started snoring.

WaterDude woke up and found him self in the sanctuary. Looking around, clueless, and confused, he gleefully walked out of the sanctuary…
