I got banned on accident and I was told to post here so Yeah..XD

You need to understand this from out point of view. We're here to deal with rule breakers and generally people who don't do the right thing. Even if you DIDN'T break the rules and AREN'T the problem, what promise can you make that your brother won't just do the same stuff all over again? Unless you have some way of ensuring he never has access to PRPR again, we can't help you anyway!

Point is, you and he are, for better or worse, classified as a single entity. We can't allow one without the other, and to let in someone who so fragrantly broke the rules and showed little respect for the GMs is unfair to every player who has to put up with them. So really, unless you can:

A) Provide proof that you actuaily have a brother and
B) Provide proof that he will be unable to use BYOND again

...then we can't do anything about this.
