Also if you are using some kind of proxy application or something stop using it because your IP does not match the logs from in game so one your using a proxy or two your making posts from some other place like home or school.

I'm getting calls from some dickweed every 10 minutes or so, Now, i'm not the kind to make a big deal out of calls like this, i am making a deal out of these calls though because they're: 1. Calling at 01:24, Nobody calls at this time unless elderly relatives have died...The point i'm getting at is they know i'm awake and in the living room, all this person has done is ((Phone is ringing again)) breathe into the phone quietly, what spooks me is that i cant track their number (1471) and are

Not very likely that his network was hacked if he wireless so long as it has the protection the odds of it being hacked are almost none. As for the guy doing the phone calls just tell him if he calls back again your calling your phone company to have them press legal charges if you live in the US its illegal to prank call people. If he does it again just call your phone company and let them know they will take the correct legal action you can also have the number blocked.
